George Patton “Pat” Waters was born in NYC in 1941. His mother, Beatrice Patton Waters was the first-born child of General and Mrs. George S. Patton, Jr. Mr. Waters received his degree from Pfeiffer College in North Carolina. He is also a Veteran, including service in the US Navy Reserves, an Officer aboard the USS Braine, and an ASW Instructor at the Naval Air Station in Glynco. Mr. Waters is a Board Member Emeritus of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation, A Commissioner Emeritus of the Charleston County Aviation Authority, a member of the Board of Visitors for the Air Safety Foundation, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and a Board Member of the Roper Hospital Mount Pleasant South Carolina. He is married to Martha Waters, and enjoys flying, boating and enjoying the semi retired life shared in the Low Country.
